Helping mom....

Wow... Tia and I have been busy little bees helping mom with projects around the house. First off, mom makes these purses made out of ribbon. She recently got some ribbon in the mail that she ordered and got it all out to cut and prepared to make the purse. Here I am helping her ... well, maybe not helping ... supervising (with the hedgehog's carcass) if you will. The pink one is unfinished, but the red/black/white one she did a month or so ago, with my help of course!

So next... it was time for Tia to help mom with a project. That project was laundry! When mom takes the clothes out of the dryer and puts them in the chair, Tia immediately gets up and moves to lay on top of them.

See what a good job Tia does when she helps. Look at all that laundry folded! Man, she is awesome!!!

Ok... so now back to me. Next project - Make Cole Slaw for Easter Sunday. Mom said that the cabbage had to be shredded. She got down some machine to help shred up the cabbage, but I thought there was a better way to do it. Check me out...

And the BEST part about helping make this stuff called Cole Slaw... I got to LICK OUT THE BOWL! Oh yes, helping does pay off... Big Time!

Whew... we have been busy fur kids, don't ya think? Do you all help your parents with projects around the house? Toodles friends...

Wow, those purses look really cool!! How does she do it? Your mom must be really talented. My human has no artistic abilities what so ever!

Hey, I have a hedge hog too! It's very fun to play with! Did you gut yours? Mom takes ours away so we can't do that.

Licking the bowl is the best! Sophie especially loves cleaning up plates after lasagna or spaghetti. All that tomatoey, garlicky yumminess! She also like to lick out the peach yogurt container.

What a good husky and cat you two are!! Wilbur loves to get in the laundry basket on top of the clothes Mom takes out of the dryer. Sometimes we help Mom when she goes into her craft room too. Except that lately we've been getting in trouble for trying to chew up this teddy bear that she has in there that is dressed up like a pilot. Her dad gave it to her when she got her pilots license, so it's "off limits". We already broke the goggles. Oops.

Woo! Those purses look VERY pretty and colorful! Your mom is very talented!
Zim likes to help with the laundry, but mom doesn't let him lay in it like Tia gets to do. Did Tia fold all of that? Woo!

BTW - those purses are super cute!! Does your Mom sell them online?

PLEASE take care today with those bad storms headed your way.

Good job, guys! How nice of you to help your mom out. I don't do much to help - but I am an expert at making stuff for mom to clean up!

Hey Sitka,

My Mom likes to make purses too (Dad doesn't understand why she has to buy purses if she can make them herself) Some of the purses she makes are similar to your mom's but instead of ribbons she uses men's ties.
