Snow... well kinda.

Wooo all of my wonderful and beautiful friends...

Do you remember when mom caved and bought me a new bed??? Well about 3 weeks ago, I started a hole in it. Mom has had it folded over so that I could not get to the hole. Well, tonight, mom let me lay on my bed but she caught me red pawed. Check out these photos...

I am not sure of the fate of the bed right now. As I type, Dad is folding up my bed right now. Here is what I think will happen. I think mom will pick up the "snow", toss it in the trash can, and later attempt to sew up the rip. I am sure within 5 minutes of her sewing, I will have managed to have opened it back up! I will keep you posted on the outcome of this destruction. Mom is mumbling something to Dad about "Maybe Sitka is not mature enough for a bed of her own." WHAT!!! This is totally not fair.

Sigh! I hope you all had a nice weekend. I am going to see what trouble I can get into now, ha roooo!!

Hugs, Sitka

Woooooffff, Sitka!!!

I have never attempt to do that to any of my beds or toys. Is it fun? I tried created snow with the whole box of tissue papers before and its super fun!!!!

Perhaps your mum can try making a cover for your bed in order to hide the hole better.

Mystique loved to pull the stuffing out of the bed next to the computer!

The Human Assistant kept stuffing it back in because she was having lots of fun. And he had fun watching her crawl all the way inside the bed to get more stuffing out!

(And he didn't want her tearing up something else, anyway.)

But when Mystique got adopted, the bed got tossed. The hole got too big. And too much of the stuffing had drifted away.

I hope you get to keep your bed!

Mama gave up buying me beds a long time ago. I not only would take out the snow, I'd EAT it. It's okay, though. I'm content with her old comforter.

That's why we have the couch, the mattress in the basement (mostly mine) the spare bed, and the humans bed. No point in our own since we like theirs better, and we can't de-stuff them.

Great job though!!

Woh you create your own snow Sitka. I hope your mom's not too mad that you rip the bed..

Oh no! It's going to be a mighty cold winter on the floor, Sitka! When mom fixes your bed, don't chew it anymore, okay? We want you to be warm!

Love ya lots,

Oh dear Sitka. Ma is saying Oscar was a bed destroyer. I am too old for those kinds of shenanigans, but I'm not so sure about Cassidy...

I'm sure if you explain to Mom you were just customizing it, she'll understand. Perhaps you can get some support from Dave - Guide Dog for the Color Blind.

Did the "demon" get into you, Sitka, & make you do it?!? I didn't mean to kill my blue blankie but it just happened, too.

Hey Sitka!
Good job making snow. That reminds me that I have not been making snow for my hooman to clear in a long while. I feel so inspired! :)

You want the cold kind of snow that falls from the sky, not the dry fuzzy snow that makes your bed fluffy.

Maybe your parents don't know what mature animals do with beds. What do they do on their bed? I bet they just sleep. However, a mature husky knows that beds are good for wrestling, destuffing and digging. So basically you should tell your parents that they are immature.

Oh Sitka, I remember when I used to be a bed chewer. Oh, those were heavenly days. And then one day, I just stopped and my mom went out and bought me a super fancy bed. Enjoy your chewy gooey bedness while you can. Youth is all too short.

Sitka, I totally appreciate your skills. Mom and Dad bought me a new orthopedic bed, and I promptly removed all of the memory foam. It was fun for me, so I say, $70 well spent!

We don't have beds to do that too (and the girl would kill us if we did that to HER furniture) but we LOVE to make that kind of snow with any stuffed toys we get!

We were supposed to get some snow on Friday but my humans stated that we don't live inland so the snow didn't reach us. I am counting down. Sitka, at least you have a great imagination!
