Harrrr, a Parrot!

Harrrrr and Wooooo! Guess what??? Mom got me a Parrot! Well, not exactly a real one, although it squawks at me and says "Hello!" Here is a photo of my new friend and myself.

Isn't it cute???? So, mom took a wee bit of video of the Parrot and myself. I finally figured how to make him talk over and over and over and over and over and .... well, you get what I mean.
Now the sweet Parrot has a gash in his wing and his insides are coming out. Mom took him up from me. Humph! I just needed to get to his sound box, but mom did not think it was necessary! Any ideas how I can get my Parrot friend back???

You need to play it cool until they leave for work tomorrow. Then use your snooter to sniff it out. Be careful you don't swallow that noisemaker though. You'll sound like a parrot! Woo!

Hi, Sitka!
That parrot sounds pretty fun! Maybe your mom can fix it and give it back to you!
I hope you all had a great weekend

If we had a toy that made noises like that, we would rip it open to get the sound box too! We bet you can find it tomorrow when your mom leaves for work.

Hey - Isn't your Mom a master sewer woman?? Maybe she's performing surgery.

But you still have Wonky, right? Tell your mom you'll take good care of parrot like you do Wonky!

If your mom is anything like ours you most probably won't see that parrot ever again! Bummer - and he's just so cute!

The first time Wonky went missing, I found him in the closet. Have you checked in there? Then Mom realized I know how to open the closet in the Studio. Then Wonky disappeared again and I haven't seen him since. Except for the ear I horkaed up. Woo.

Moms don't have a good sense of humor once we go for the voice box in our toys! We don't get it! Mom said something about us swallowing pieces of plastic. Buzz-kill!

I would try the sad eyes. Then when she gives it to you, hide it so she can't take it away again. If something happens to it, I'm sure it was Tia and not you.

Maverick the Pirate is going to be so jealous! Don't tell him: he'll just steal your new toy and sail away. (and that's even worse than mom taking it!!)

Lady Kaos said...

The voice box must come out!!! What I do when I need to do some voice box or squeaker removal is hide the toy somewhere and pretend you're not interested in it anymore and then wehen everybody has left the house go get it and start the removal process. Make sure you use different hiding places though. Mom found my last 2 spots. I have 5 new ones though, but no new toys.

that thing is loud and awesome! I can't believe it got taken away before you could perform your surgery!

Hey, Jan finally tried the frozen yogurt & banana treats. She wouldn't use the vanilla yogurt cause it has sugar in it. So she took a large container of yogurt and mashed 2 bananas in it. Then she spooned it into 2 ice cube trays. We got the leftover in our breakfast for a few days, but we finally got to the frozen treats. They're delicious! But "ice cubes" are too small. Can you have a talk with her and convince her to make us treats in large bowls? Thanks.

HUMANS ARE MEAN AND STUPID!! How dare she take away your new toy, just because you "broke" it in!!

I think that calls for a good shoe chewing!

Noah the Airedale said...

Hmmm that happens here all the time Sitka. As soon as a tiny little bit of stuffing comes out of the toy it promptly gets whisked away.......sigh. I don't know how you can get your parrot back.

Hey Sitka, You might have to save up two bucks and buy a new one. Do you have a piggy bank?

My mom takes away toys when she thinks I am too rough with them. Make your mom feel guilty, look at her with big sad eyes and whine.

Now that was a fun toy! And you so enjoyed it! I don't know how you can get it back. Once they take it away b/c of our unstuffing ability, it's kinda gone. But maybe with her sewing abilities your mom can fix it?

I don't know how to get the parrot back. So many of our toys have been taken by the lady and are never seen again. I think it must be a conspiracy.

Holly said...

Maybe your mom can sew it up so you can have it back!

Great video!!

Thor said...

Did you watch where she put it? You have to be very sneaky! You also have to keep it quiet until AFTER you get the noise box out, unless you wait till your mama is not home!

Wooooo, that is so unfair! Is your mama part native American? Tell her it's not nice to be an indian-giver. If she's gonna give you a gift it's just rude to take it away again! Tell her you just know her mama taught her better than that, maybe you can guilt her into giving it back.
