Do you all remember when I helped Dad plant seeds? Well a tragic thing happened and the seeds never came up. So, we had to redo all our work. It paid off.

I wanted to share with you my tomatillos. They have lots of blooms on them, which will become the fruit! Mom is pleased with them. She says they have never grown any before. Let's take a look at them. (you can click to enlarge)

Do you see how the bloom folds backwards on the last photo? That becomes the husk that covers the tomatillo! Cool eh?

P.S. We would like to thank the AO4 for giving us this cool award! Thanks so much!

We would also like to thank Khyra for this lovely award! Thanks so much!

Well Happy Wednesday....
Puppy Woos,
Cornelia Marie

Unfortunately, if that was within my reach, I would probably eat it.

Congrats on your awards!

Our garden isn't doing as well as yours. Most of our plants died while mom & dad were away. We replanted this past weekends in the hopes of having some fresh stuff at the end of the summer. I helped by digging lots of holes near the garden, but mom didn't think I was being that helpful. Humpf!

Love, Shiloh

We've never had tomatillos!
The same thing happened to dad's sunflowers! The seeds never spouted and had to be replanted! Mom says she thinks the birdies found the seeds!

Love ya lots
