My Sleeping Fort

I hope you are all having a terrific Tuesday! I am having yet another lazy day. It is supposed to start raining today which makes me extra sleepy :)

Do you all remember the bed that my parents bought for me - that Queen Bed fit for a Queen? Well, I have to say that it is the most comfy bed I have ever slept on. And my boyfriend Wilber and my BFF Huffle have been posting photos of their sleeping positions, so I thought I would share with you all my sleeping fort!

Mom came up stairs and found me under the comforter. So, she helped me make my own kitty fort. Check it out!!!!

Doesn't it look cool? Oh, check this out. My new bed has a peep hole, MEOW!!!!

Well... time for me to get back to my lazy Tuesday.

Happy Anniversary!

Wooo Friends! Happy Sunday!

Today is our parents 6th wedding anniversary! We have all had a great time spending the day together.... until we went and bought this...

Well, if you have not already guessed, here is one more hint....

Yup! They bought the game Rock Band for the Wii. They have been playing for 5 hours today - Mom on vocals and Dad on guitar. Mom does not think she has a good singing voice, but dad thinks otherwise. She was doing great on all her songs.... scoring 95% or more. So, can a puppy please play now????

Anyroo... we love our parents and we wish them a great 6th wedding anniversary!

Cherry Blossoms

Wooo and Happy Friday!

We are especially happy today because it begins Spring Break from work for mom and she will be home ALL next week with us. PLUS, Mom and Dad's anniversary is on Sunday, so we hope to celebrate that as well!

Queen Tia

Meow my friends! Hope your Thursday is off to a good start! And you know what happens after Thursday... the weekend! I am really excited about that.

We have had some excitement this week... well I was unsure of it all as it was happening, but now I am really glad it happened. Sunday night, mom and dad started moving mattresses around and Monday morning, they took down my bed! WHAT! I was really mad at them. Pouting, sulking, meowing my deep mad meow, looking at them, sharpening my claws just in case.... AND then Monday afternoon, these guys showed up and I was locked up in the guest bedroom. Are you kidding me? I am the Queen and this is how I am treated?

Then the most wonderful thing ever happened... A Queen Bed arrived with the fluffiest mattresses ever. A Queen Bed fit for a real Queen! Finally!
Well, time to get back to napping!

I can't exactly say that I am pleased about Spring beginning on Friday. However, in honor of it, we have changed our blog to a "springy" background.... and changed our header too. Puppy Woos my friends!!!

I was goofing around with mom the other day when she was constantly snapping photos of me. So, I thought I would share a few of them :) Enjoy!

Here is mom's attempt to take a photo of my spotted mouth :) I will have to ask my first mama if I have a pink spotted or liver spotted mouth. Wonder if she can tell from this photo? (Tia says that my whiskers look like kitty whiskers in this photo, ha rooo!)

Yummmmmm Veggies

Hey my friends....

This weekend, we thought it would be fun to help Dad plant some stuff. Mom and Dad love growing their own veggies, which works for us because we love to help them eat it!!! Do you need some assistance from the puppy???

Hummmmmmm.....what about both of us???

Ah ha! Exactly what I thought... he does need our help. Let's take inventory... Oh, and I should mention... the bell peppers have not been planted yet... so there may be a part two to this blog later on....

We have, in this order... Red Siberian Tomatoes (yes... a red Siberian planting red Siberians, HA ROOO), Okra, Banananananan Pepper, Cucumber, Salad Greens, Tomatillos, Tomato Grape Jelly Beans (they are red and yellow).
Now, time to sew the seeds in the little box.... with my help, naturally! (And, that is a finger file, not a knife... we are being safe!)

Blow Up Bed... thing

Woooo!!! No snow this weekend :( Boo. I sure miss it.

Well, since it is officially Tornado Season here in Georgia, Mom and Dad finally went about bought one of those blow up bed things. They complain that sleeping on the floor hurts their backs. Personally, I am tired of hearing them whine, so this should solve the problem! See, the closet we get in is downstairs and our bedroom is upstairs. So when tornado action happens at night, we all have to sleep downstairs. Tia and I sleep on the sofa, so no problem there. Cornelia Marie sleeps in her kennel with her primo pad Khyra gave her, and Mom and Dad are on the floor...tossing...turning...complaining... Hopefully this little thing they bought today will get rid of all of that.

So we did what was natural to us... give it an official Siberian inspection. Let's check this thing out... it is blowing up right now...

Well, this seems interesting enough. We heard through the grapevine that Storm likes to jump on hers when her mom inflates it. She thinks it is like a carnival ride. So, we tested that out and sure enough, it is super fun!!! Oh, here is Cornelia Marie (oh and Dad too) checking it out once it was inflated. Pretty cool, eh?


And finally... I had to make my inflation inspection.... Yup! I like it. I got right up, turned a few circles and settled down... then some puppy jumped up and made it rock back and forth.

Now... first let's hope for no tornadoes... but second, should we get any, let's hope Mom and Dad don't complain anymore!

SNOW!!!!!!

Woooooo Friends!!!

We have some excellent news to tell you about. Yesterday it SNOWED at our house!!! It was the best day EVER! Here is what happened ....

Shortly after 1p yesterday, it started to snow. It didn't stick or anything, but it was still snow! So I pouted a bit to see if that would make the snow come back. Can you see the tiny bit of snow on my head?
Well, after that, nothing for over 2 hours! We were thinking we would not get any snow. And WOW did the snow start to fall from the sky in the biggest flakes EVER! We had so much fun playing in it. CM even tried to eat some flakes. Here are a few photos of those big flakes and some videos of CM trying to eat the flakes.

Last but not least.... Cornelia Marie discovered she could eat the snow! See photo :) And today, we still have some snow in our yard. Everytime we go out there, she scoops up some ice in her mouth and brings it back inside the house, HA ROO
