What happened???

Meow! Happy Monday!

Do you all remember the other day when I was lounging on my bed with the stuffies? Well you are not going to believe this? I had to SHARE my bed!!!

WHAT?!?!?! I am 16. Shouldn't a 16 year old have their own bed??? Hey Mom, what can be done about this? Excuse me Cornelia Marie....

Great! Now not only is she on my bed but she is snooting upward toward the ceiling fan!

So, let's see if I can get comfy on the foot of my bed. I really would like to nap. But I am keeping my eye on you red one....

WAIT A MINUTE! Look at that! She is trying to mess up my covers. My Covers. I am the only one allowed to get under them.

A kitty still can't get any napping done. I wonder what she is up to now...

Perfect! I just spent 5 minutes trying to get comfy on MY bed and now Sitka jumps up to check things out.
No worries my friends.... I did get my beauty sleep and Cornelia Marie is being a very good little sister. She is respecting me, which pleases Mom. She tries every now and then to taste the tip of my ear, but mom doesn't allow it. Thanks Mom!

So after some bonding time on the bed, Sitka got down and under the bed. This was all you could see....
And THIS happened on my bed. It happens every night. CM spends about an hour on the bed with me. The little red one curled up, watched some Dogtown before getting down and in her kennel.

Ok, they are not bad really... I just like my bed and I like being able to spend time on my bed with my mom and dad.

Well, back to napping...

Lazy Days

Meow and Happy Friday!

So, I see my two sisters have hogged the blog again. I thought I would let you know what I have been up to. I have been keeping my comfy bed guarded! Check me out!

Do you happen to see stuff around me? I brought some of my toys to the bed - the lobster and my frog. As a bonus, I found my sister's stuffed turtle laying around, so I grabbed it too. I love hording toys! So, I wonder what I should do today....

Oh I know... Mom, grab my lobster....


Yes, I love when she dangles it before me. So much fun! And for your viewing pleasure... a video of yours truly playing with my lobster!



Ahhh that was a lot of fun! Time to take a nap again.

Happy 1st Birthday Cornelia Marie

WOOOO!!!!

One year ago today, my sweet little sister was born over at the home of the D'Azul Siberians! It has been so much fun having her here and teaching her the way of the Sibe, HA ROO!

Mom and I put together this little video of photos of Cornelia Marie. We used photos from every month she has been alive!



Well, did you enjoy that video? We sure hope so. Oh, Cornelia Marie wanted to get up on the stage and woo you all a little song. I told her that she could since it was her 1st birthday!

Pretty good voice, eh?

We all want to also wish Khady Lynn, Shinzou, and Dawn (Lily) a Happy Birthday. Lastly, we want to send a little birthday wish to Hilde, Cornelia Marie's sister who passed away too soon on May 9, 2008.

Happy 1st Birthday D'Azul's Cornelia Marie! We are so blessed that you are a part of our family.

The Camera Strikes Again

Wooo and Happy Monday!

I hope you all had a nice weekend. Mine was great up until the point that Mom got out the flashy beast and insisted upon capturing some photos of me...

First, Friday night, we went out for dinner and Cornelia Marie and I got Ice Cream. Hey, I can't help it I got an ice cream "chin-stash". Do we really have to photograph this?
Apparently we did, and apparently, I needed to show you all. After my ice cream, I settled down for a nice nap. Great! Here comes the camera again. Now what is she after?
Humm... Let's change the camera angle...

HEY! I can't help it if I have a bit of drool from my snooter. Some things really should not be photographed.

Fun Friday

Happy Friday my friends!

I love Fridays, but this Friday being here means that Mom's week off with me is about over. I don't think that I am ready for her to go back to work... BUT, one of the cool things is that she only has April and May, then she goes to summer hours (That means she works two days a week).... so, I just need to make it through April and May. I think I can do it.

Anyroo, Mom and I were looking though some recent photos she took and we found this cool one of me near a beautiful Orchid that her dear friend gave to her. Let's see a photo of the Orchid first...

Isn't it lovely? I think so. Well one morning Mom was inspecting it and caught me in a photo near it. We decided to do an effect on it... one that mom likes to do, but can never find the right photo to use it on. I think this works... don't you? I guess it is time to get to business. Nap! I heard Mom complaining about having to do some cleaning. I hope that isn't the case, but if it is, I know right where I will be... on the sofa or looking out the window.

Rainy Days...

Wooo Friends....

Do you know what is the best thing to do on rainy days??? We do! We found it best to take over the sofa in two different ways: Nice little chocolate and cinnamon buns and stretched out. Check us out!
We would totally invite you all over to hang out on the sofa with the messy pillows, but there isn't any room. There is a slight chance Tia may share her queen bed. Even her fort! Worth asking, we suppose.

Well best that we get back to napping, however, we sure with this rain would go away. At lunch today, the weather man said we have gotten over 4 inches in the past 48 hours and MORE to come.. and SEVERE weather too... they even said the tornado word. Tonight we may be pulling out the air mattress.

Hold on to your ears...

Woooo! Hope all is well with my friends!

April brings some excitement! Two things that stand out are that the Deadliest Catch TV show comes back on AND Cornelia Marie turns one! Can you believe it?

One thing that has not changed since she came to be a part of our family is her ability to let us know what is on her mind. See, this is one of the many things we...I...love about her, even if she can get a bit annoying.

I would like to share three videos with you all. This is what I deal with on a daily basis. This talking session occurred a few days ago and lasted for 15 min or so. Enjoy the videos, watch your volume, and grab your camera to have your mom record you if you come over to inspect the computer. You have been warned, HA ROOO!







So, how did you like all of that talking. Sometimes she sure has a lot on her mind. Oh, she also has several different voices... she has this bark, this high pitched howl, and many others. As annoying as it can be sometimes, it is so cute!

Well... that is all for now.... Mark April 22 on your calendar... our little Cornelia Marie will turn one!
